Mikki, I am doing well. No more crutches, rehab is getting better, but it still sucks. I know that it is a necessary evil though. You never went riding this year did you? Maybe next year we can team and be the gimpy crew, but you will probably be in better shape than me by then. I don't think I will be 100% until 1 year has passed. Even then I don't think it will be 100%. I will be making my debut back to riding in early April on my newly rebuilt 2000 Kawasaki KDX200, that will be 7 months post op. Did you get my message that I left you on your cell phone a while back?

I'm just now starting to be able to walk short distances without my cane. No more pain pills and I'm only taking Ibuprophen once in a while instead of every 4 hours.
My Dr's nurse called me a couple of days ago asking me to call back and set up an appt to discuss my options. I'm not looking forward to surgery but if it's required I need to get it over ASAP! I'll call them on Monday and see what's next.
Mikki....i just rode 44 miles at taneum on wednesday, Trails are in real nice shape going in to the winter ( best i have seen) ,but it was the first time there in a couple months. snow coming soon so maybe 1 more week? after that its probably belfair and mattawah season for a while.
Mikki, Rehab is doing well. I have 140 degrees of motion in my bad knee, that's actually more than my good leg. I kind of overdid it the other day with rehab and I ended up staying home yesterday because it hurt like he--! Feels a lot better today. Can't wait to start riding in April. Just in time for trail clean up. I heard Pat is no longer working for you? That's too bad. I would add a picture but I do not have a digital camera and if I did I wouldn't know what to do with it or how to post it. Maybe you can dig out some archive photos and find one for me?

My knee is messed up. We did the x-rays last week and found lots of arthritis but Doc says that is NOT what's wrong. I'm going in for an MRI at 2:30 tomorrow. Doc suspects torn or flipped miniscus. I still can't walk without assistance. I've got cabin fever REALLY bad.
WOW!! #11 Huh. You just would not believe how many times in my life that # has come up. Everyone I tell about it suggest I bet with it and that I should make big money. Nope it never has worked yet!. Any way we need to have a talk about next summer's Trail Jamboree and bringing the JR Ranger back . It is the 20th anniversary of the event. Kim and I are working to step things up a notch to put the event together as a celebration.

Hey also I would like to find someone with talents like yours to put together a dvd with jamboree memories from the 20th. My time and talents just don't seem to work in that medium so well. For services I could work with a vendor offering a booth at the Jamboree (as trade) ( might be able to offer a stipend) Got any ideas?
i did OK.i finished in 6th place out of 12 racers.i was the oldest in the class(30plus).so a mid pack finish is where i should've finished.had a great time and cant wait for the next race.it was fun banging bars again.and i was banging bars.
